    With over 25 years of experience in construction and site developing, Mr. Altman thoroughly understands the complexities of site remediation. Mr Altman manages all site remediation and ensures proper processes and efficient timelines on site.

  • Harry Elias P.E CHMM

    Director of Environmental Investigation

    With over 40 years experience in Environmental Remediation, Mr Elias is a highly valued asset to the EPA Team. Throughout his career he has given seminars on Hazardous Waste Regulations and Practices, provided expert reports and testimony in several court cases, including one that resulted in his client winning a multi-million dollar settlement and headed up a team of engineers and drafters that designed a Zero Discharge wastewater treatment system under contract for USACOE. Mr. Elias regularly addresses issues concerning contaminated soil and ground water, offering cost-saving solutions and timely conclusions for his clients.

  • Keith Butler

    Environmental Engineer

    Mr. Butler has extensive project management experience with respect to environmental due diligence and subsurface investigations. He is responsible for the preparation of project proposals, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Work Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans, and investigation reports. Additionally, Mr. Butler has conducted and managed numerous Phase I and II ESAs. In these roles, Mr. Butler is responsible for applying the various state and local regulations, which govern environmental compliance and determine the need for additional investigation and/or remediation.

  • William F. Nehls

    LSRP

    Mr. Nehls has spent over 10 years working in the regulatory community for such agencies as the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. These experiences provided him with insight and understanding of environmental regulations and the approach of regulators. This unique perspective allows him to efficiently expedite the environmental remediation process.

    Hydrogeologist

    Mr. Remz has over 36 year of experience. He spent the first 22 years of his career working for hydrogeologic and environmental national and local consulting firms in New Jersey. His professional expertise includes hydrogeologic evaluations of contaminant distribution/migration and groundwater supply issues in both consolidated (bedrock) and unconsolidated (overburden) media.
